    My complaint is regarding package receiving.Today i.e 17/10/17 I have recieved a msg of courier delivered and received, which I actually didn’t received.
    Now how a package can be received by other person, on what ground packages are handed over to the actual customers, what are the check points of actual customer , do Flipkart checks any photo I’d proof or takes pictures of receiving party.
    So my complaints are why I received text if package not received to me secondly how Flipkart team/ courier service could hand it over to any body whitout any proof thirdly what about the time and occasion which I lost .

    Waiting for team team to revert.

  2. Today I ordered oppo f3 plus mobile by exchange offer. Got the offers that There in no EMI cost for HDFC credit card shopping. After payment I recieved a message about my EMI chart for 12 months.i calculated total EMI amount which was 1180.00rupees more than the actual price.
    Any one kindly tell where’s the zero EMI cost.

Track your shipment here http://fkrt.it/14H5u!NNNN i didnt get my ordered …i call to flipkart customer care…they answer me u r ordered cancel by flipkart team …because my pincode not match my address ….what the f**k….this address is in my addharcard….i ordered so many stuff online on same qddress and pincode…i track my ordered ..my ordered in my city but they didnot delivered to me….then even don’t call me …in my ordered there is my number …how can u cancel ordered by u r self…without ask customer ……u r policy wqs too bad…..u ruined my diwali …..even u r customer executive didn’t help me……i thaught flipkqrt is good. for online shopping they help customer ….but this time they ruined my Diwali ….if u get any answer what u did …then answer me..happy Diwali flipkart

  4. Flipkart’s service is worst, bizarre. I bought 5 sweater sofa set which was delivered to me in 1st week if Aug. And it was damaged so immediately I asked for the replacement but it’s been two and half months and still the replacement is not done. I keep calling this guys and they keep giving me dates and nothing else. Flipkart tests the limit of frustration of the customer. From now will never ever think of buying anything even in my worst imagination from this bloody flipkart and I am apologetic to my words after the shit they blabber for the delay all the time.

They keep giving me dates for the replacement and nothing happens, they ask the customer to speak to the seller though it is flipkart’s duty to do the same and on the top of that even the seller either don’t pick up the call or if they pick up they hang up the phone after listening the problem. My issue was kept on priority as told to me by flipkart people and this is how the high priority issue is addressed. After waiting for two and half months still flipkart is not able to tell me when will be my issue resolved. I think flipkart is also not in the situation to business with this pathetic service. Even negative comments will be kind words for you, this is the quality of your service. Bravo guys!!! Thank you for your world class service from the core of my frustration.
